Congratulations again to National Grid. Where are the other corporates who can match them?

I'm going to congratulate National Grid once again.  They have shown us that they get the business case for applying both equalities and competencies to recruitment - in order to find the best candidates.

A quick look at their website tells you that they value the business merits of attracting candidates from every background - and putting some effort into finding those candidates.

Jobcrowd like them.

We like them. 


Where are all the others??  Having trouble finding them....  The trend seems to be for corporates to use  narrower and narrower ways of attracting candidates and relying on simply inviting everyone to apply without addressing the reasons why some great candidates don't get past the first post...
