If you have ‘recourse to public funds’ then you are entitled to legal aid.
This depends on your status which could be spouse visa, DLR etc...
Not everyone has access to public funds.


Here are some places to find free legal advice on immigration, depending on your status (See above)



Some Voluntary Sector advice services are licensed to give immigration advice.
